eBooks and Online Flash Books
eBooks and Online Flash books and other online services are taxable at the standard rate of VAT, which is 20%. This means that we are legally obliged to charge 20% of the net amount on all of our online services including our Flash-based books.

Delivery of zero-rated supplies are taxable at the standard rate of 20% unless the costs are included in the price of zero-rated books, in which case they will also be zero-rated. If you are unsure about how your invoice is broken down, please call us on 0844 414 5841.
